Africa's inclusive finance provider, Letshego Holding Ltd (Letshego Group) has appointed Gorata Tlhale Dibotelo as Head of Group Legal, Governance and Group Company Secretary with immediate effect.
This comes after she met all essential listing and company regulations, as well as regulatory requirements.
Gorata will also act as the Group Compliance Officer to the Botswana Stock Trade (BSE).
Gorata joins Letshego from her role as Head of Legal Service and Board Secretary at the BSE.
Preceding this, she worked as a Senior Associate at Armstrongs Attorneys.
Gorata, a gladly Motswana professional, is based in the Group's headquarters in Gaborone.
Gorata has a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Botswana, a Master Degree in
Business Law from the University of Cape Town and completed the Executive Development Programme at Stellenbosch University's Business school.
