The Founding President of Imani Africa Franklin Cudjoe has noticed that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is bringing through its craving to identify its Members of Parliament (MPs) who voted to approve the Ministerial nominees.
In a tweet, he expressed "chase after 30 or so resolute NDC MPs is on by the leadership. Charms, incantations, black wizardry? However, this shouldn't prompt putsch inside the party."
The NDC denounced the decision by some of its members of Parliament (MPs) to toss principle to the breeze and seek after their parochial interest by deciding in favor of the six ministerial nominees of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
The party said the activity of these maverick MPs just sells out the express will of the NDC and "constitutes betray of the great people of Ghana".
The party said members, especially leadership of the Caucus, who remained consistent with the standards of the party should be exceptionally lauded.
"We will persevere relentlessly to recognize them and openly praise them at the appropriate time," said an explanation gave by the Overall Secretary, Fifi Fiavi Kwetey.
