Pro investigator writer, Anas Aremeyaw Anas has portrayed as tragedy of equity the excusal of his slander argument against Kennedy Agyapong, the Individual from Parliament for Assin Central in the Central Region.
Anas further said the decision is unfriendly to the organization of equity and reasonableness.
Anas brought a GH¢25 million disparaging suit against the vociferous official in 2018 yet the court in a decision on Wednesday, Walk 15, said the suit needs merit.
In his application, Anas had implored the court to grant exasperated harms of GH¢25 million to remunerate him for the asserted disparaging material distributed against him by the MP.
Anas responding to the decision in a proclamation said, "we track down the choice of the court a sad tragedy of equity and extremely hostile to the organization of equity and decency. In the event that in vain by any means, Mr. Agyapong made a claim of homicide against Mr. Anas. There is literally nothing contained in the said narrative which implies the commission of homicide or a claim of the commission of homicide by Mr. Anas".
Anas further said, "there is literally nothing contained in the said narrative which suggests the commission of homicide or a claim of the commission of homicide by Mr. Anas. Subsequently, that narrative can't give any legitimization to a claim of homicide in the most out of control creative mind. However the appointed authority helpfully overlooked this undeniable reality and the way that Mr. Anas is definitely not a suspect for homicide and isn't being scrutinized for homicide".
"Tiger Eye private investigator and our Chief, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, stay steadfast in our battle against debasement in the Ghanaian culture in support of God and country," Anas included the explanation.
In an extended decision, Equity Eric Baah held that the offended party [Anas Aremeyaw Anas] neglected to demonstrate that Kennedy Agyapong slandered the insightful writer via circulating the narrative - "Who watches the guardian".
