The Fomena and Assin Bereku health centers in the Ashanti Region and Central Region of Ghana separately have gotten different medical supplies worth GH¢60,000 in a gift made by the First Baptist Congregation Church, Chicago USA in a joint effort with Christians Aiding Children International (CHCI) NGO, Ghana.
The Senior Pastor of the First Baptist Congregation Church, Rev. Dr. George W. Daniels, who was upheld by Deacons Timothy L. Davis, Russell Warren, Ronald Myers and the founder and Director of CHCI Henry Tweneboah Koduah at both health centers, entrusted the offices' administrations to utilize the medical supplies to help people of the communities.
He said the community should accomplish great health, appealing to God for more financial strength so they can give more supplies.
The provisions incorporate anti-toxins, anasthesia and some non-consumable.
The Tufuhene of Assin Bereku, Nana Frimpong Baah, who inspected the transfer, commended the congregation for their liberality and conceded that supply has come to them when the wellbeing place has run out of provisions and can't work well for the community.
He focused on that the norm has constrained individuals to visit the Assin Fosu Hospital for medical care and he is hopeful the circumstance will change.
The Physician Assistant, Abena Owusu Boakyewaa, expressed gratitude toward the gift group and requested their nonstop help.
The District Director for Adansi North, Eric Atuahene, vowed to surrender the clinical supplies to the Fomena Health Center and guarantee that they are effectively utilized.
