President Akufo-Addo has presented a public honor on the National Ambulance Service at the National Honours and Awards 2023, for their huge devotion during the battle against Coronavirus.
The occasion occurred at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).
Responding to the honor, the CEO for the Help, Prof. Ahmed Nuhu Zakariah, committed the honor to all officials and staff of the Service.
"This awards is submissively committed to every one of the courageous officials and diligent staff of NAS. Your responsibility and devotion to work has added to bringing the Assistance this far," he said.
The National Ambulance Service was laid out in 2004 as an agency of the Ministry of Health.
Their central goal is to serve the requirements of patients and general society as a feature of a coordinated wellbeing framework through the arrangement of superior grade, protected and patient focused administrations.
The National Honours and Awards is a national awards ceremony that honours Ghanaian individuals who have delivered recognized service to Ghana in different fields and careers.
