An Associate Professor at the University of Ghana School of Law has expressed dissatisfaction at the police's inability to make a move against military officers engaged with the Ashaiman brutalities.
Kwadwo Appiagyei-Atuah said the police ought to have carried the soldiers to face the law for mistreating the civilians which is in clear contradiction of the laws of Ghana.
He expressed that the police's refusal to carry the culpable warriors to book simply due to their uniform is stressing and should be stopped from really developing to induce a feeling of balance under the steady gaze of the law.
