Veteran Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has urged the western movie industry to quit casting Black Americans a role as Africans in their movies.
As per her, western movie producers can use Top notch actors from Africa and close the hole.
Talking with Joy Entertainment at the Women of Valour event, Omotola asked western producers not to depict Africans as different people and urged Africans to go to bat for themselves.https://youtu.be/WrvfE8L9sMM "The west also needs to grasp our intricacy and be somewhat more open to working with us.
