British-conceived artist with Ghanaian legacy, Michael Ebenezer Kwadjo Omari Owuo Jr., otherwise called Stormzy will get the lofty O2 Silver Clef Award.
Organisers of the Silver Clef Grants - which fund-raise every year for music treatment noble cause Nordoff And Robbins reported a portion of the artist who will be regarded at the current year's occasion, which happens in London on 30 Jun.
Stormzy will be given the genuine Silver Clef Award, while Wet Leg will get the New Music Grant, Ayanna Witter-Johnson the Old style Grant and Biffy Clyro the Best Live Act prize. A Remarkable Accomplishment Grant will go to Neneh Cherry and a Symbol Grant to Stamp Ruler of Level 42.
Stormzy has since communicated his appreciation for the honor.
