Benjamin Mendy, a former Manchester City player, was found not guilty of raping one woman and trying to rape another.
The 28-year-old was charged with assaulting a 24-year-old lady in October 2020 at his £4 million property in Mottram St Andrew, Cheshire.
Another woman, age 29, who claimed he had previously assaulted her at his home two years prior, was also accused of being attempted raped by Mr. Mendy.
It follows a trial in January where he was exonerated of six rape charges.
After a three-week trial at Chester Crown Court, the France international sobbed as the jury's not guilty findings were announced.
Before coming to a decision, the jury of six men and six women pondered for almost three hours and fifteen minutes.
Mr. Mendy is entitled to be released from the dock, the judge Steven Everett declared.
The footballer was exonerated at the prior trial of six counts of rape and one count of sexual assault relating to four young women or teenagers. His contract with Manchester City expired earlier this month.
A retrial was necessary because the jury was unable to reach a verdict on two charges of attempted and actual rape.
Mr. Mendy revealed during the trial that he had slept with over 10,000 women.
The prosecutor, Benjamin Aina KC, alleged that due to his celebrity profile and riches, he had liked hosting parties at his home and had "taken advantage" of female guests on two separate occasions.
Benjamin Mendy would like to thank the jury members for focusing on the evidence in this trial rather than on the rumor and speculation that have accompanied this case from the beginning, said his attorney Jenny Wiltshire after the hearing.
"Mr. Mendy has been tried twice and found not guilty both times by a jury. He is happy that both juries rendered the right decisions.
She stated Despite his best efforts, Mr. Mendy had to deal with a procedure that "inevitably had a serious impact on him."
He was now seeking seclusion "so he can start rebuilding his life," Mr. Wiltshire continued.
