It was difficult to win over Blakk Rasta because he was "wise" and would question everything, according to Kaywa, who is also an ordained preacher, in a recent interview on Accra FM's "Ayekoo Ayekoo" with Nana Romeo.
By God's grace, I was the one who helped Blakk Rasta become a Christian. We went through [different] stages, and it was difficult because the man is intelligent.
He replied, "What are you going to tell such a fellow, except he experiences something extraordinary? He knows every text you'll quote and where it can be located.
After converting to Christianity, Blakk Rasta was unhappy with some religious leaders and the way they lived their life, according to Kaywa. However, according to Kaywa, he made care to let Blakk Rasta know that they (pastors) are also only human and subject to error.
"I informed him, though, that those pastors were still developing, which is why you shouldn't criticize individuals...People can be corrected, but you can't condemn them; you can only assess them.I'm prone to errors no matter what I do. I have flaws," he admitted.
