Currently, Holy Ship! The 2023 lineup for Wrecked has been revealed. With its sequel Holy Ship!, which debuted eleven years ago, Holy Ship! redefined what a music festival experience and community could be. Wrecked brings this idea to the surface with even greater potential for total participant immersion. The event returns for four nights of opulent lodging, world-class music selection, and immersive entertainment at Hard Rock Riviera Maya on the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico from December 12–16.
The Holy Ship is decorated by both well-known and beloved artists! Chris Lake, a Grammy-nominated producer and the president of the Black Book Records label, is leading the Wrecked roster, which also features Relief Records pioneer Green Velvet and Claude VonStroke, the head of the Dirtybird label, who will both perform solo sets in addition to the Get Real superduo. Highlights of the lineup include legendary bass producer Subtronics, leader of Cyclops Recordings, multi-genre producer TOKiMONSTA, eclectic veteran superproducer Boys Noize, trap superstar TroyBoi, and groundbreaking UK producer Skream.
Some of the biggest names in house music will be present, including Terminal Underground's Matroda, president of Hellbent Records Cloonee, UK legend Eats Everything, and Late Checkout hero Chris Lorenzo. With returning Holy Ship, returning Shippers can savor some of the event's most important moments! regulars including Mikey Lion, Lee Reynolds, Marbs, and Porky from the fun-loving Desert Hearts gang, as well as Valentino Khan, Wax Motif, Justin Martin, Craze, and Ardalan.
With progressive house favorite Yotto and acclaimed mixing engineer Cassian on the lineup, more melodic shades of house will find their home. There will also be crossover stylings, including DJ sets by the GRAMMY-nominated funk-driven duo The Knocks and versatile beatmaker Channel Tres, soul, funk, and jazz-inspired house from Justin Jay, a DJ and producer, and Canadian R&B vocalist Rochelle Jordan.
Sub Focus, Culture Shock, and 1991 provide the foundation for drum and bass, while Dirt Monkey, Wreckno, Rossi, Austeria, and individual sets from GG Magree and Mija—as well as their joint So Tuff So Cute project—will satisfy those seeking heavier sounds.
Prunk, the head of PIV Records, Chicago house architect Derrick Carter, expert cross-genre producer Nikki Nair, Amsterdam native Luuk Van Dijk, outstanding producer and audiophile Lubelski, cinematic techno producer Rinzen, and LA underground favorite Heidi Lawden all exhibit forward thinking and left-of-center stylings.
Sacred Ship! One of the most intriguing aspects of Wrecked's programming continues to be the party takeovers, which will feature Ardy Pardy, Black Book Records, Cyclops Recordings, Desert Hearts, Hellbent Records, PIV Records, and Young Art Records this year. Holy Ship! Wrecked's musical voyage will take listeners from dusk to dawn, moving between six distinctly small stage settings, pool and beachside pop-ups, late-night sessions, and surprise performances to keep the celebration going. The devoted Shipfam community can anticipate all of the extracurricular activities the event is known for, including theme evenings, vintage field day games, fashion shows, the OG Party, and many other pleasant surprises skippered by fans' favorite musicians.
With nine all-inclusive restaurants, free craft drink and tequila bars, 24-hour free room service, a waterpark, a zipline, and an extreme sports and fitness center, resort amenities will also take front stage. If you need some R&R, spend the day getting pampered at the Spa & Salon or relaxing in your own private hot tub and balcony.
