The first track from Offset's upcoming album, "Jealousy" ft. Cardi B, which has received a GRAMMY® nomination, was made available today by Motown Records. On the explosive new track, which samples Three 6 Mafia's "Jealous Ass Bitches," hip hop's first pair specifically address recent internet rumors about their relationship. Together with OZ (Drake, DJ Khaled), Boi-1da (Drake, Nicki Minaj), and Jahaan Sweet (Drake, Jon Batiste), Offset and Cardi composed the song "Jealousy" for the production. LISTEN NOW.
The official video for "Jealousy" is a celebration of the classic 2001 movie Baby Boy and is rife with romance and drama. Offset, Cardi, and award-winning actress Taraji P. Henson (Baby Boy, "Empire") are all featured in the Los Angeles-shot video, which also includes cameos from all of Offset's kids. The video was produced and directed by Offset and his production business, J3K Logistics. Watching HERE. The video clip in which Offset teased "Jealousy" was modeled after the infamous 1988 CNN interview with James Brown. The character of the reporter is played by Oscar® winner Jamie Lee Curtis.
Offset performed at Rolling Loud Miami over the weekend, and Cardi joined him to play "Clout" and Migos' "MotorSport." See his performance HERE. Offset received his first GRAMMY nomination for a solo project for the 3x Platinum "Clout" featuring Cardi B from his 2019 debut solo album, Father of 4.
