I recall that after I secured @Kaywabeatz and Mr. Drew their first-ever music acquisition and advance contract, he threw me under the bus for advising him to conduct business ethically. He's now griping about what I specifically warned him against.

Quite unfortunate
David claims that the label CEO and his musicians went on a car-buying binge, which caused the album to fail, rather than using the money from the acquisition to promote the album for higher returns or a potential second acquisition.
Instead of using the advance payment to promote the Alpha record and increase returns, or even to ensure a second acquisition for his musicians, as was anticipated. He and his artist went on a vehicle purchasing binge, and the album was a complete failure.

Therefore, David Nicol-Sey considers Kaywa's recent media tour, crying about the same business ethics he cautioned him against, to be disingenuous.
For the previous few weeks, Kaywa has placed all the responsibility outside of himself for musicians departing his label, including Lasmid, Mr. Drew, Kurl Songx, Yaw Berk, Krymi, and others.
