Guru NKZ explained why he stopped marketing his new song last year after losing his baby mother to cancer in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM.
The Multi-Talented Rapper, who has had success with a number of his songs over the years, nearly entered a melancholy state after the death of his Australian baby mama, who had breast cancer.
Guru claims that he had to take a break from promoting his recently released single "Heat," which was beginning to get traction on social media, in order to grieve alongside the family of his late baby mama.
Before returning to school in Ghana, Guru traveled to Australia to help the family of his cherished Baby Mama hold a dignified funeral. He is a student of political science at the University of Ghana right now.
Guru has got himself together to record again and release another banger in the works with the title "Can't Touch this" (Yewo ho Aduro), even though it was time for him to get over the awful news.
Guru's first song of the year is the one that DobMusic produced. Even though he has been mysteriously passed over by Ghana Music Awards organizers on a number of occasions, Guru is unquestionably one of the few Hiplife musicians with a large number of popular songs.
Due to the song's intriguing lyrics, it's possible that this song may serve as the holiday season's theme song.
Guru will be visiting not just in Ghana but also other countries around the world to promote his new song and connect with his followers who are in the diaspora.
