His post follows Wanderlust Ghana's successful 10,000-kilometer trip from Accra to London, which was undertaken by a group of travelers and philanthropists.
Five distinct Ghanaian-registered vehicles were used by the group for the trip: a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon, two Toyota Landcruisers (V8), a Lexus RX 350, and a Ford F150 Raptor.
When word of the excursion spread online, some social media users expressed their surprise that a Ghanaian automaker had lost the chance to introduce the globe to their line of vehicles.
The Kantanka vehicle manufacturer is said to have been contacted about joining the trip but did not appear at the initial planning sessions.
Richard Anim, a member of Wanderlust Ghana, claimed they had contacted the Kantanka corporation but received no answer in an interview on TV3 New Day.
"We approached Kantanka, but they didn't even give us the time of day or give us the audience, they didn't bother with the meeting," he remarked.
He added that other businesses besides Kantanka have also declined to participate in the momentous occasion. He claimed that they shared the identical Nissan Motors experience.
Kwabena Peprah said, "We approached Nissan, and in fact, he purchased a Nissan just for this reason in order to incentivize and get us some sponsorship, but they were like no they'll offer a discount but not sponsorship.
