On August 17, 2023, rising Afro-Pop and Afrobeats star Sabrina will release "No Time," a new song that will be accompanied by a colorful music video. Sabrina is a Cameroonian singer-songwriter who has been highly influenced by Tiwa Savage and Charlotte Dipanda. Her most recent release follows a string of hits, including her 2021 album Love Agenda and the songs "Abele" and "Five Star."
Sabrina was raised by her grandparents in the western area of Cameroon. At the young age of 8, she joined the choir at the Baffousam Church. She developed into a singer who enjoys singing about love in all of its facets and complexity from those modest beginnings.
With "No Time," Sabrina adopts a new stance. Sabrina's bilingual linguistic prowess is on full display in "No Time," where she effortlessly switches between lyrics in English and French over the sensual rhythmic pulses of Amapiano produced by producer Eno On The Trck. The song serves as a rallying cry for people who are committed to their objectives and refuse to be sidetracked. If you can't benefit her path, it's best to leave her alone, she sings in the song. There is no time to joke; I must succeed. She sings with indignation and conviction, "If you can't lift me up, don't waste my time.
The preceding Sabrina albums enjoyed popularity in different countries. Her song "Five Star" caused a big stir after making its Luxembourg Spotify top 50 debut at number three and reaching the Boomplay charts in Nigeria, Gambia, and Kenya. Her work on the song "Abele" with the great Koffi Olomide has also helped to establish her reputation in the Afrobeats community.
