Michy claims that rather than making men and women for themselves, God made them for each other.
In an interview with UTV's Atuu, Michy said that while Ghana's parliament is working hard to outlaw LGBTQ+ activities there, there is still a long way to go before the community is completely eradicated because their behaviors are imbibed in books for consumption.
"I was glad, but as you can see, laws are irrelevant when it comes to the education you provide for children because we have a collection or selection of Shakespearean works that contain condensed versions of his novels. Recently, I asked my kid to read the book and then come back and tell me the story. He did so, and he described how a girl who dressed like a boy fell in love with another person and how, in an a playwright book, a boy donned female pants. Therefore, anything the law prohibits or forbids is depicted in the cartoons and the novels. Can you get those books cancelled? She asked.
The singer and businesswoman also asserted that the Western community is imposing its ideas on the next generation, an adaptation that she is not very happy about.
"Why would you go for the hard behind with that sweet Abeiku woman? I feel like the whites are raising the future generation in certain ways, and I am not happy about it because creation didn't mention about Adam and Adam. It was her.
