Finally, KOURTNEY Kardashian has revealed more information regarding her terrifying visit to the emergency department.
The pregnant reality star acknowledged that she needed to do "urgent fetal surgery" on her unborn child.
Kourtney, 44, published an emotional Instagram post.
She wrote, "I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby's life," next to a straightforward black and white picture of herself holding her husband Travis Barker's hand.
"My rock, my husband, who came running from a tour to be at my side in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, will always have my gratitude. And I want to thank my mother for helping me through this.
"As someone who has previously experienced three very straightforward pregnancies, I wasn't ready for the fear of having to undergo fetal surgery right away.
Nobody who hasn't experienced something comparable, in my opinion, can even begin to comprehend that feeling of fear.
"I now completely understand and respect the mothers who have had to fight for their unborn children while they were still pregnant.
"All praise to God. The greatest blessing was leaving the hospital with my baby boy still inside of me and secure.
CHILD SCARE
Kourtney is currently resting with her family at home.
The husband of the creator of Lemme informed his European fans on Friday that he would be canceling gigs.
"Travis has had to return home to the States due to an urgent family matter," the message stated. The performances in Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin have been rescheduled.
More details about his trip back to Europe and the new dates will be released as soon as they become available.
When the pair was sighted leaving a hospital in Los Angeles, California, it was discovered that Kourtney had not gone into labor, contrary to what many fans had believed.
As they made their way to their car, Kourtney and her rocker husband appeared uneasy.
Travis wore black slacks, a black long-sleeved shirt with a white T-shirt on top, and a black beanie, and kept his head down.
Kourtney, who is still sporting a baby bump, went for a casual look, bunning her short, dark hair in a messy bun and with black-tinted sunglasses.
BIG ANNOUNCEMENT
She announced her pregnancy in a highly artistic way by writing "Travis I'm pregnant" on a poster.
This was a reference to a scene in which a woman was bouncing around while clutching the same poster in Blink-182's music video for All The Small Things.
Family and friends gathered for Kourtney's baby shower at the end of June, where it was revealed that the couple is expecting a son.
