The renowned Alliance Francaise arena in Accra hosted the debut of popular Ghanaian artist Eldah Naa Abiana Dickson's "Taste of Africa" Extended Play (EP) on Friday, November 24, 2023.
Abiana's band gave a spirited opening act to the event, laying the groundwork for the star's spectacular arrival.
Abiana astonished the audience with her remarkable vocals and contagious energy as she appeared on stage, dressed in a gorgeous attire that perfectly complemented her distinct sense of style.
As the extraordinary singer gave her performance her all, the audience joined in on every word, their voices merging with hers.
The event honored African heritage and culture in addition to featuring music by Abiana. Legendary Ghanaian musicians like Worlasi, Amandzeba Nat Brew, Trigmatic, and Okyeame Kwame were among them.
Her performance peaked when Okyeame Kwame joined her on stage and they sang their smash song, "African Highlife."
Millionaire Kenpong, Johnny Hughes, the manager of former Black Stars captain Samuel Annim Addo, and politician Alhassan Suhuyini were among the other dignitaries and celebrities that graced the concert.
With a blend of modern and traditional African inspirations, Abiana's remarkable vocal and composer skills are on full display in the "Taste of Africa" EP.
In reality, there are six tunes in all, including "African Highlife," "High," and "Far Away."
