Teniola Apata, better known by her stage as Ten, is a Nigerian singer-songwriter who has denied undergoing weight-loss surgery.
Teni Entertainer bemoaned in an interview with the Zero Conditions Podcast that people still believe she had plastic surgery to change her appearance, even though she has made every effort to reduce her weight and burn excess fat.
"I experienced a lot. I underwent numerous transformations. Some unfortunate people said that I had surgery when I lost weight.
"My stomach would be flat if I had surgery. I wish I hadn't been afraid. Surgery is not a simple procedure. It poses a hazard to life. Going under the knife is not easy," she remarked.
The vocalist of "No Days" claims that she spent months on a strict diet to ensure that she had the self-discipline necessary to take care of herself.
"I followed a rigorous diet. Consult my supervisors. Absent carbohydrates. I spent two months adhering to a rigorous diet.
However, it gave me discipline. Another muscle is the mind. Discipline helps you flex your mind in the same manner that it does your arms. It wasn't simple. "Are you aware of the implications for me when I invite people over for dinner and their food is off limits?" she inquired further.
