Sophia Momodu, the mother of Davido's little girl Imade, has given an order to shut everything down against the '30 BG' chief.
In a record dated January 10, 2023, Momodu, through her legal counselors, blamed the afrobeats star for cyberbullying, badgering and danger to her life. The archive expressed that the vocalist had paid websites to distribute misleading articulations about her.
"We compose further to out email under reference with respect to the lead of Mr. David Adeleke towards our client, which adds up to cyberbullying, badgering and dangers to life of our client, Ms Sophia Momodu, and her nearby partners. This is notwithstanding a few disparaging comments and distributions supported against the individual of Ms Sophia Momodu by your client through various virtual entertainment online journals," a piece of the record peruses.
The report stressed that the vocalist's legitimate group had gotten past messages with respect to the matter, which were disregarded. Furthermore, they cautioned that Davido would be considered capable assuming anything happened to Momodu.
"Our client over the most recent few days has been exposed to a progression of composed assaults and cyberbullying coordinated by your client and his partners. We are again by this letter emphasizing our position communicated in our previous email that your client be considered liable for any damage that might occur for our client," someone else added.
Momodu's request comes a day after Vocalist Tiwa Savage composed an appeal to the police against Davido on comparative cases. She additionally affirmed that he compromised her life in light of her fellowship with his child mother, and mentioned that the Lagos State police investigate it. Accordingly, the police sent off examinations concerning the matter.
