Nigerian music sensation, Stanley Omah Didia, commonly known as Omah Lay, has as of late shared his terrible experience in an Ugandan jail.
It will be reviewed that Omah Lay and Tems were both captured and charged to court and in this manner confined in jail in Uganda for showing up at a show held in the country at Speke Resort, Kampala, in spite of Coronavirus social separating guidelines.
However, be that as it may, talking in a meeting with The Beat FM in London, the 'Soso' hitmaker expressed glancing back at the episode, it was an "astounding time" for him "it looked sad" then.
The prestigious singer itemized that his trial in Uganda needed to occur for him to artistically move to a higher level.
"My difficulty in Ugandan jail was an astounding time for me. Despite the fact that it was unpleasant right now presently glancing back at the entire thing, it needed to work out. It gave me the relationship I have with Tems and her chief, Muyiwa [Awoniyi] today. He [Muyiwa] was in a similar cell with me.
"We were in Uganda for a show during the pandemic. We had administrative work to perform yet for reasons unknown, we got captured subsequent to performing. Furthermore, we are shipped off prison. We were in prison for two days," he said
Omah Lay go on by saying, "It was only a truly terrible encounter. I wouldn't believe anyone should go through that. They planned to trim my hair, I wore a jail uniform. They were so near trimming my hair yet the individual who was responsible for the jail honestly loved my music. He got us a pleasant spot in prison and dealt with us."
