The well-known producer talked candidly about his brief marriage and claimed there was no true love between them during a chat on D-Black's "Uncut" program.
Hammer clarified that he had only wed her partner at the time because they were parents to a child and he did not want her to be a "born one."
He claims that after less than five months of marriage, they both had to end it amicably since they found they were incompatible.
It has nothing to do with the sector. I consider marriage to be a heavenly institution, and I was unlucky to be married. We are close friends even if we weren't meant to be together because we raised the kids together. Less than five months passed during it. Following the wedding, we came to a mutual agreement to part ways. It's 2004 now.
I believe that the problem in my marriage was a common one that many individuals encounter. We had a child, and I felt it was prudent to keep her from returning home as a "born one." Therefore, I still believed that it would work even though we weren't particularly in love with each other in the sense of a marriage. I made the decision to marry her in a conventional, quiet manner. We came to the swift realization that we truly wouldn't last, so we had to come to terms with the fact that this wouldn't work and that our hurt would only grow as we went our separate ways. Thus, Hammer said, that's the reason we may welcome wonderful pals.
The renowned producer went on to say that he hasn't been married again and isn't in a rush to settle down.
The music producer stated that he is in a relationship with a "very great woman" and will eventually marry her in spite of this decision.
"I'm not married again. To my kids, I'm married. They are my closest buddies and are stunning. I'll get married once more. I've seen a few amazing women, and I'm with one right now because I don't want to have her become a mother before she does; my kids are in college right now, so I'll wait till they graduate," he continued.
