The "Effiekuma love" hitmaker, in an exclusive interview with Radio XYZ, conveyed his sincere gratitude to the group, particularly to its creator, the well-known musician Samini.
Kinaata claims that during his difficult time trying to make a name for himself in the music business, Samini saw his promise and gave him crucial support and guidance. He also expressed gratitude to Samini for being so kind as to provide him with stages on which to display his abilities, despite his self-doubt.
More than anything, the Highlife crooner revealed that being a part of the High Grade Family increased his fan base and opened doors for partnerships and performances that cemented his place in the music industry.
Kinaata further emphasized the smooth transfer of admirers from Samini to himself by comparing Samini's mentoring to the guidance that an artist such as Sarkodie offers to a protégé.
He thinks he might not have achieved the degree of success he does now without their help.
"Samini's fans instantly became mine when I signed. Samini offered me chances to prove myself during his performance, and I did not let him down. It's similar to Sarkodie signing an artist, who then gains the fanbase's automatic backing," he remarked.
