In the complaint, which was filed in Los Angeles on Tuesday and was obtained by Page Six, Emilio Garcia asserts that Megan, 29, had sex with an anonymous woman in June 2022 while traveling in an SUV during a tour stop in Ibiza, Spain.
The "WAP" rapper's personal cameraman, who has been working with him since 2018, says he was in the car when the event occurred.
Regarding the purported event, the videographer told NBC News, "I felt uneasy." I was stunned and kind of frozen. Just the general audacity to accomplish things properly, at my side.
In the complaint, Garcia further states that Megan called him a "fat bitch," told him to "spit your food out," and told him he didn't need to be eating during that same trip to Spain.

After the trip, Garcia claims Megan changed his compensation from a monthly rate of $4,000 to a "pay-per-task" scheme, which caused him to earn "significantly less." According to the lawsuit, he also "saw a decrease in the number of bookings he received and noticed a change in how he was treated."
The complaint adds states that the videographer is currently dealing with "mounting anxiety, depression and physical distress stemming from the toxic work environment." "[He] endured a barrage of relentless sexual and fat-shaming comments plunging him into profound emotional distress," the complaint states.
